Parent Portal
Important Documents
|
The parent portal allows parents to "link" their children to their parent account and gather information from their teacher in real-time. There is also a mobile app that allows you to gather information right from your phone. This is a great tool to have as it is used district wide. In order to log in to the parent portal, you must create an account and will need you parent pin. You must contact your school to receive this information as this is highly sensitive.

At HGE, we use Remind 101 to connect to parents as a school wide initiative. In fact, our Principal is the one who is in charge and sends out the messages. By enrolling in this FREE text-messaging service, you will receive updates on what is going on in the school and reminders of upcoming events or promotions.
Although we use Remind101 as a tool for the administration to contact parents (as a group) in real-time, each teacher has their individual form of connecting with parents. We've had 100% compliance with parents connecting in the classrooms and we hope to keep it up! |
